Our strong collaboration with members of the Community Police Forum (CPF) and the SAPS means that we are very much aware of potential threats in the area and can advise
on security systems and methods to further protect your property.
TACTICAL ARMED REACTION
SRU ensures a prompt reaction and deployment of our tactical reaction unit whenever alarm activation is detected and confirmed by our 24/7 Operation Centre – your first line
of defence against any possible danger to your premises, property, family or employees. Our reaction officers will respond in one of our patrol cars, to investigate the alarm
activation and deal with any threats or issues that may arise.
They will reset the alarm, secure the premises and liaise with the SAPS in the event of something more serious. Our Operation Centre maintains a log on all calls, events and outcomes. Mine security and Estate security is also one of our specialities. We also provide fire , medical rescue as well as ambulance services.

SRU K-9 Dog Unit is an essential support structure of our crime-fighting force and is on standby 24/7 to provide first-class protection for a wide range of applications, from
private residential patrols to rescue operations. Our explosives services are currently being utilized by our diplomatic service while the narcotic K-9 unit is used to assist with the eradication of drugs from schools.
